These fruit and yogurt parfaits are my current obsession! I have been in a yogurt rut for probably around a decade (gasp! How am I old enough to say things like that?!) The Yoplait Thick and Creamy custard style strawberry yogurt has been my one and only FOREVER. I was on the hunt for a different yogurt staple not only because these babies are nearly impossible to find, but I also hoped for a cleaner ingredient list. Since greek yogurt came on the scene I have not been about that life. I’m pretty sure I made the same face a baby makes when you let them try lemon (am I the only mean mom who has done that?!) the first time I tried greek yogurt. The Greek Gods Honey Vanilla greek yogurt ended up in my fridge because Pinterest. The granola ended up in our cabinet because I went shopping while hungry one day (don’t judge, you know things have ended up in your cabinet that way too!) and it was gluten free. One fine day, the hubs made us parfaits and the rest is history. I love that you can change it up with the fruit that you add and it never. gets. old. You need this in your life.
